Roger Jensen comes to Miller O'Brien Cummins after practicing for more than 30 years with the firm Jensen, Bell, Converse & Erickson. He represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law and is counsel to several Twin Cities suburban municipalities. He has extensive experience involving state and federal court litigation, appeals, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and negotiations. In addition to his practice, he has been called on frequently as a lecturer on labor, employment, and municipal law issues.
